No matter how adorable the dog, every tail-wagger gets temperamental from time to time.
When TLC twosome Bill Klein and Jennifer Arnold’s chihuahua Rocky (who recently enjoyed a Beverly Hills shopping spree with his human parents, as seen in the photo below) became a bit unruly, The Little Couple pondered the possibility of purchasing a puppy playmate for their fur baby and signed their pup up for lessons at Get Along Little Doggie in Houston, Texas.
