Ronald Lee Clark of "Pit Boss" with a Pit Bull

He’s appeared as an Oompa Loompa in the silver screen spoof Epic Movie and stepped in front of the cameras for an episode of Weeds, but Ronald Lee Clark– a booking assistant at Shortywood Productions– has taken on the role of a lifetime as a part of Shorty’s Rescue. One of four champions to canines, the rescue efforts of Pit Boss Shorty Rossi, Ronald Lee Clark, Sebastian Saraceno and Ashley Brooks can currently be seen on Animal Planet.

Clark, who bonded with Shorty Rossi’s barking buddy Geisha in the first episode of the series as he attempted to train the nine-year-old Pit Bull to pose for posterity in a Pinups for Pit Bulls photo shoot, actually considers himself more of a cat person. After a day at Shortywood Productions, Clark is greeted at home by his feline friend Shalee, who has been by his side for the past 12 years.

Pit Boss airs Saturdays at 10 p.m. Eastern/9 p.m. Central.

It took some coaxing, but Geisha posed perfectly for her glamor shot for the Pinups for Pit Bulls calendar:
