A morkie (Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier) with a mug made for the camera, Bamboo posed with his TV star Momma Julie Benz in a promotional photo for the Hallmark Channel’s upcoming romantic romp Uncorked, which premieres March 6, 2010 at 9p/8c.

When the former Dexter cast member– who can currently be seen on the small screen in Desperate Housewives– leaves the Wisteria Lane set after a day of filming, she is welcomed at home by Bamboo and her other fur baby Sugar, a Havanese. The two tiny tail-waggers, who often make appearances in the actress’s Twitpics, definitely have a dog devotee for a parent. During her recent vacation, Benz unwound by reading “Inside of A Dog: What Dogs See, Smell and Know” by Alexandra Horowitz.

Julie Benz as Johnny Prentice, a career-driven CFO who goes to a conference with business on the mind, but ends up learning a few lessons in enjoying life from a famous chef and his family.
