Kellan Lutz Urges “Adopt, Don’t Buy”

Kellan Lutz’s captivating screen presence in the Twilight saga has helped the franchise take a bite out of the box office, and now the actor’s leading lady in real life– his four-pawed pal Kola– is fast becoming a star in her own right.
Once frightened and wondering if she would ever have a forever home, today the beautiful mixed breed dog– who has a puppy playmate called Kevin (a chihuahua Lutz rescued from an L.A. street)– proudly poses with her paparazzi magnet parent for magazines and for animal causes. Her photogenic features having already graced the cover of Doggie Aficionado, Kola has now posed with her doting Daddy for PETA’s “Adopt, Don’t Buy” campaign.
Pet adoption is a cause close to the heartthrob’s own heart, as the actor found his canine companion at a rescue shelter.
