Jennifer Lopez Movie “The Back-up Plan” Helps To Promote Pet Adoption

In the upcoming romantic comedy The Back-up Plan, Jennifer Lopez’s character Zoe may be waiting on a little bundle of joy, but she already has one lovable fur baby– a Boston Terrier named Nuts. Portrayed by three tail-wagging thespians known as Nip, Tuck and Nubbins (all real life rescues who previously promenaded across the silver screen in Hotel for Dogs,) the movie’s charismatic, special needs canine is the muse behind Hudson Mutts, a Greenwich Village pet boutique owned by Zoe which caters to pet adoptions and environmentally-conscious pet care.

In anticipation of The Back-up Plan‘s April 23rd release, CBS Films has joined with the American Humane Society to host a nationwide pet adoption event. Held in select markets (listed below,) attendees will receive promotional items tied to the new romantic, Rover-friendly romp, including advance screening passes.
