Oprah Winfrey, Justin Timberlake and Ellen DeGeneres were among the more than 25 dog-loving luminaries who recently received the 2010 HollyWOOF A-List Gift Bag. Among the products to pamper a paparazzi magnet’s pup was custom-designed, handmade pet stationery from Lydia & Pugs.
A business inspired by her late barking buddy Lydia (a rescue pug,) illustrator/business owner Dawn Wood has designed a line of stationery which features Rover renderings in watercolor of more than 30 different dog breeds. Wood can even create a sketch of a client and their canine companion for those who would like a personalized portrait to accompany their epistles. Pet parents can also purchase tote bags, aprons and coffee mugs decorated with an image of their dog’s mug.
A boutique business with heart, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of Lydia & Pugs items is donated to dog rescue and adoption organizations.
