What I Loved About Rocky: Rocky came into my life via my relationship with my now fiance, Lance. It was the first time I had ever been in love with a man, and the first time I had ever fallen in love with a dog. I had always thought I was a cat person, and I still am, I just discriminate, but Rocky changed everything. He was the epitome of “Man’s Best Friend”. Loyal, silly, loving, and fun. He was both a protector and big baby. I got to have Rocky in my life for three years, and when he died, it was and will always remain one of the most heartbreaking moments in my life. It’s been six months now, and he still comes up in conversation almost everyday.
