we resucued this puppy, he is four months old going on 5. We want to find out what he is. His legs in the front are bowed and short. Back legs normal. He is all black, shiney, except white on his chest, under lip, and his gential area. He has floppy ears. Feathers on his hind legs, tail, rear end. I can post a pic. I’m thinking setter and black lab, but he looks like he’s gonna be short. His neck collar protudes outwardly, making for his neck to be able to look up. Where can we go from here?
