My Dog’s Name: Rusty
Age of My Dog: About 11 years old
Breed: German Shepherd Mix
What I Love About My Dog: Rusty is the most playful, loving boy who has nothing to give but love. He was picked up as a stray by Chicago Animal Care & Control in early 2008. PAWS Chicago Animal Shelter took him under their wing, where he stayed for 18+ months. He had problems of biting and being picky with roommates, but since I brought him home on Nov. 25th, 2009, he has been a love. His hind leg arthritis/joint ailments have greatly improved. He is tolerating my 2 cats. And I believe I am the lucky one in this little arrangement. He has greatly enhanced my life!
