Adoptable Dog of the Day: Jack and Ivy in California
June 14, 2011 by Paris Permenter and John Bigley
Filed under Dog of Day

This week’s Small Adoptable Dog of the Day is a twofer! Jack and Ivy are two lively Jack Russell Terrier mixes found abandoned on a roadside. Now, they are loving life at The Forgotten Dog Foundation in Santa Monica, California. Both dogs are about 1 year old and have playful, loving personalities. According to their present caregivers, Ivy (female) has a typical high-energy Jack Russell personality while Jack, a male, is a bit more mellow. Their greatest joy is playing together for hours, then settling in for a nap together. They are ready, willing and able to find a home of their own.
They are both house trained, microchipped, current on their shots and spayed/neutered.
Jack and Ivy can be adopted together or separately but wouldn’t it be great to keep this tag team intact?
