Adoptable Dog of the Day: Grace in Whitney Point, NY

DogTipper’s Adoptable Dog of the Day is Grace, a female Chinese Crested who was rescued from a puppy mill situation. Currently under the care of WolfSpirit’s Toy Breed Puppymill Rescue in Whitney Point, NY, Grace is a senior dog citizen (approximately 11 years old) but is still energetic and fun loving. She plays and interacts well with other dogs and is friendly and well-behaved around people.

Grace recently had her yearly check-up at the vet and was declared healthy, though she does take Phenobarbital twice a day. This medication is inexpensive and Grace is very good about taking it with her food. The folks at her foster home report that she had had no seizures since she has been with them. She is spayed, house trained (and accomplished at using puppy pads) and up to date on her shots.

Grace is going to make a sweet, loving pet for the lucky person who gives her a forever home!
