Adoptable Dog of the Day: Kasi in Pennsylvania

Kasi (pronounced “Casey”) is a very sweet senior Labrador Retriever/Husky mix currently under the care of the Furry Friends Network in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. When she was surrendered to the shelter, Kasi was very overweight due to undiagnosed hypothyroidism. With the help of medication, she has trimmed down to an appropriate weight of 43 pounds.
She is very good with other dogs and also with cats. She is affectionate with humans and loves to go on walks. She will probably do best in a home with older children and with a fenced yard. Kasi is one of the those dogs who smile all the time!
Kasi is healthy, spayed, up to date on her routine shots and is house trained. She is ready and willing to find a new home for her golden years.
