Adoptable Dog of the Day: Quincy in Oklahoma

November 2, 2011 by

Quincy is a male Australian Cattle Dog mix who is under the care of the Second Chance Animal Sanctuary in Norman, OK. Quincy is classified as a special needs dog because he is extremely shy around new people and will need a home where he can be handled gently until he gets his bearings. He warms up more quickly to women than to men. In his foster home, he gets along well with dogs, cats, a rabbit and guinea pigs. Despite his shyness, Quincy can be quite a playful boy.

Quincy is neutered, house trained and is up to date on his shots. In a calm, caring forever home, he will make a great companion!
