Grace is a 4-year-old Great Dane currently under the care of Great Dane Rescue Inc. of Alabaster, AL. Grace is a special needs dog as she was diagnosed as being cortisole deficient. This means that she needs prednisone administered daily (costing about $15/month) and will need to have blood tests every six months. Grace was once part of a family but was surrendered to a shelter when they were no longer able to afford her care. Despite her sad past, Grace remains a happy, friendly dog with a loving attitude. She will make a loyal companion for the person who adopts her and can give her the attention and medical care she needs.
Grace weighs about 96 pounds, is spayed, up to date on her shots and is house trained. This “Great” girl is looking forward to finding her forever home!
