Adoptable Dog of the Day: Tinkerbell in South Carolina

As is our custom, DogTipper features a special needs adoptable dog each Wednesday. This week, it’s Tinkerbell, a female Jack Russell Terrier who is in the care of Coastal Jack Russell Rescue in Santee, SC. Otherwise healthy, Tinkerbell suffers from seizures. The good news is that with daily medication (Phenobarbital) this condition is under control. This 9 year old JRT is a sweet, loving dog who loves people and gets along fine with other canines.

Tinkerbell is spayed, up to date on her shots and is house trained. She is also microchipped and is on heartworm preventative. For the understanding family who can manage her medication, Tinkerbell will be a great companion.

Aww, she’s precious! That’s pretty awful that she suffers from seizures, but otherwise she seems to be relatively healthy. I hope someone can take her in soon.
