Adoptable Dog of the Day: Barkley in Texas #AmazingPetExpo

Barkley is a young male Golden Retriever who is in foster care under the supervision of **Gold Ribbon Rescue in Austin, TX. Barkley is a big, happy guy who is up for any kind of fun: hiking, playing fetch or spending some quality time lounging around with his humans. His foster mom says that he is “a great young dog, a real sweetie, who needs lots of exercise and room to run around.  He needs a household with lots of activity and plenty of love—either with children or other dogs for him to play with.”

Barkley is a little over a year old. He has some allergy issues and will need to take medication for it and will do best on a diet without grain and soy. He is neutered, up to date on his shots and is learning to walk on a leash. He weighs about 80 pounds.
