Adoptable Dog of the Day: Gracie in Virginia

GracieGracie is an adult female Border Collie/Pekingese mix who is currently in foster care under the supervision of ARC Border Collie Rescue-South in Richmond, VA. As you can tell by her photo, Gracie loves playing with her balls and other toys, despite the fact that she has severe arthritis. Fortunately, her condition is controlled by medication but she will need this medication when adopted. She gets along well with other dogs but would also do well as an only pet. She does tend to chase cats, so a home without cats is preferable for her. Her foster parents say that Gracie is “a Hoot…her lucky family will never be without a chuckle daily!”

Gracie is spayed, up to date on her shots and is house trained. This special needs dog will be a great companion when she finds her forever home.
