Gift Guide: Personalized Leash from CVS Photo Center

Holiday shoppers looking for a unique gift for “the pet (or pet lover) that has everything” can now create one of a kind, personalized items at CVS Photo Centers. You can use your own photos to personalize pet collars, leashes and food bowls as well as other items.

We were offered a chance to try out the service and chose to create a  personalized dog leash using the CVS Photo Center’s online tool. (You can also use the service in person at a CVS store.) We went to the site and uploaded a favorite photo of Irie and Tiki and followed directions on the page to complete our order.

You have the choice of creating an account on the site or you can complete the transaction as a guest user. We admit to having a little trouble creating the leash profile, and we intended to upload multiple photos. We used a Mac to create the profile; PC users might find the site more intuitive. Our leash arrived in the mail a few days later, a very fast turnaround!

The 6-foot fabric leash is sturdy, and is equipped with substantial hardware.

The photos of Irie and Tiki came out looking good (considering they are printed on fabric) and the result is a handsome, truly unique leash. Since the photos are fully integrated into the leash fabric, they should not be subject to peeling off.

Irie and Tiki were pleased!

Price: $24.99
