  • Jess

The mist valuable thing m dog chewed up was my husbands thumb drive.

  • Bless his insane little heart he isn’t a chewer of valuable things. He’s kind of prissy. The most valuable thing he’s every chewed is the awesome Snack Taxi that I keep treats in for his walks ($12) and I’m sort of counting that as a blessing ’cause it means I can buy a new one!

  • Paula and devo

oooh how pawsome love these woof woof

  • Patti

Can’t wait!!! I have yet to find a doggy toy my doxie doesn’t destroy in less than 24 hours!!!

  • Ohh Yea, I’d love to win these!!

  • Honey’s had to give up some of her toys to our latest foster pup. I think she could use some replacements.

Most valuable thing destroyed? That would have to be not one but two couches. One was an antique. The other was new for $1,000 back when that was real money!

  • Larrielle

Bentley chewed the strap off of my (then) new BCBG heels!!!! Talking about angry 🙁

  • OliviaRubin

    she ate my favorite bandana

  • Jessica

My couch has to sit against the wall now since Oak took a chunk out of the back of it during his terrible twos. He was sent back to his kennel during the day for a while after that one!

  • PepperPom

I can’t think of anything that Pepper had destroyed. She nibbled on a wood tv-tray as a baby, but I still use it. She wore out 2 car seats and one carry pouch, but not by destroying them, just daily use. LOL!

  • J Mooney

my fancy boots. and 2 belts. and a baseboard and 3 pairs of sneakers and every toy ever invented. and she doesn’t destroy them, she eats them.

  • Misty

Steel was never a chewer. She torn a sweatshirt once when I was harassing her.

  • njweitzel

Molimo tore up the interior of a new truck! Oops, she said she didn’t mean to!

  • rlweitzel

Miss Molimo destroys everything she’s left with. But now that she’s grown she’s moved on from vehicles to toys.

  • A slipper. Wingo was never much of a chewer.

  • Roxy hasn’t really destroyed anything, maybe a couple toys that weren’t made the best, molly hasnt really chewed anything either, Beethoven has chewed on a dining room chair and on the corner of my bed.

  • Julie Bickham

One of my kids video game!!

  • jules mcnubbin

he tore up a picture my daughter made for me 🙁

  • Casey’s not a big chewer, but when he was a tiny puppy, he took a couple of bites out of his new, pricey dog bed.

  • AnnaZed

Elegant evening shoes just bought for an occasion that was the very same night. We had to stop at Macy’s in evening clothes on the way. All together at $300 disaster (and the replacement shoes were $90 so you do the math!). Weird because they had never even been worn! Impossible to be mad though, we laughed and had a good story to tell.

  • Theresa Spaid

My boyfriend’s 2 false teeth he had

  • My new sandals, the furniture, the leg of the kitchen chair, my glasses. It’s hard to pick the most valuable.

  • Danielle Murgia

Actually, she’s destroyed a few toys that were not cheap!

  • A pair of sandals and a pair of eyeglasses

  • My tennis shoes 🙁

  • MY dog chewed up a Leather Jacket

  • Lisa F.

Valuable in sentiment, my Stevie Ray Vaughn video tape. Funnily enough, a friend just replaced it for me on DVD this past Christmas. 🙂

  • Traci Lynn Butler

When our dog was a puppy she chewed the corner of our area rug and the bottom of a bookshelf

  • Shoes!

  • debbie

The passenger seat in my car. I left her alone to go grab one thing at the dollar store. Most expensive ever trip to the dollar store I ever had. She tore the seat apart all the down to the metal, from top to bottom. I still haven’t fixed it yet, I just pieced it back as well as I could, and bought seat covers.

  • Diane G.

MY MARRIAGE LICENSE! Seriously! It is the ONE and ONLY thing she has EVER torn to shreds in her entire life. She pulled it off the counter and killed it. You don’t know how embarrassing it was to call the office and tell them I needed a replacement marriage license because “My dog ate it!” They laughed and I got a new one, but then I had to have everyone sign it again, so my wedding party *and* the pastor had to hear about it too. 🙂

  • Joanne Gregory

    An oriental rug

  • Shelley P

    A couch

  • Holly S.

She just recently tore apart my little girls snow suit but luckily it wasn’t very expensive.

  • Young Kim

My dog Andy has ruined 5 pairs of shoes and used my Coach purse as a chew toy but the most valuable thing he’s ever torn up is a sofa cushion. It was one of a matching pair that came with the couch. Sigh.

  • Trish B.

The most expensive thing one of my dogs has torn up is our 1/2 bathroom. Lumpy, our rescued Bulldog, would destroy metal kennels (he had four root canals as a result). While we were waiting for yet another kennel to come in the mail, we kept him in our 1/2 bathroom. We came home to find him sitting in all of the drywall he had chewed off, along with the molding from the wall and around the door and he had started on the cabinet under the sink. That was about eight years ago.
The most expensive thing my dogs have torn up was my husband’s motorcycle. They ripped off the leather saddle bags, destroyed the brand new leather seat, tore off the part that held the wiring harness in and pulled the wiring harness out. He still loves them. That happened years ago!

  • Julie Fuller

My dog tore up my sons headphone for x-box. Son wasn’t happy.

  • desiree

  • Jennifer Boehme

Cd’s, the pillows on the couch, & my shoe strings, not the shoes though, and the phone line outside. She is a chewer, thank God for the tough toys!
