At the conclusion of the pregame show–the #SuperDogPics Twitter party–we’ll be opening up the Super Dog Sunday™ blog hop to showcase all the great photos that have been sent in to far! As you know, Super Dog Sunday™ is a charitable event to support the work of Petfinder Foundation. The event sponsors have paid a fee, which was their donation to Petfinder Foundation, and they’re supplying great prizes to the winners in the photo contest. The event sponsors are:
- Arenus (Arenus on Facebook and Twitter)
- Event Barkers (Event Barkers on Facebook and Twitter)
- Luv and Emma (Luv and Emma on Facebook and Twitter)
- Nature’s Logic (Nature’s Logic on Facebook and Twitter)
- Toby and Max (Toby and Max on Facebook and Twitter)
All the entries will be football-themed photos of your pets (any kind of pets) or adoptable pets from Petfinder, like Biggie, an adoptable Labrador Retriever/Vizsla Mix in Springfield, MO submitted by Cheer Team member S. Gilbert:
…or Eva, an adoptable Golden Retriever mix in Indiana, submitted by Cheer Team member S. Gilbert:
You can use free online editors like PicMonkey or ImageChef.com to add words and images to the pet’s photo and give it a football theme!
Once your photo is done, just email it to email@example.com. We’ll add your photo to the blog hop linky then, on Feb. 3 (Super Bowl Sunday), the winners will score with some great prizes!
You’ll also find numerous blogs around the web hosting this blog hop; these are members of our Cheer Team! They’re working hard to help spread the word about Super Dog Sunday™ and the great work they do–and the great adoptables that are available through Petfinder.com!
Check out our post on game rules, ideas for your photos and for photos of adoptable pets from Petfinder, a slideshow of entries from last year and more.
