Win the PooVault! {2 winners!}

Last month, we were down at the beach with Irie and Tiki when nature called. As always, I scooped the poop, tied off the bag, then headed out in search of a trash can.

Before we could make it to a trash can, though, we ran into a fellow traveler who stopped to say hi to the girls. While we stood in the sun visiting, within seconds the unmistakable aroma wafted up from the poop bag. The longer we talked, standing in the 90+ degree sun, the stronger the smell became. It was like talking beneath an invisible umbrella of dog poo.

This month, I’m trying out the PooVault–and I want two of you to try it out, too! Resembling a mini vault to lock in the odors and prevent that embarrassing trudge to the trash can with a droopy poop bag in tow, the PooVault just might become a permanent part of my dog walking and traveling kit. I’ll keep you posted in next month’s review–but first I want to give two of you the chance to try it out with me!

The PooVault is designed to make every walk more happy and less crappy. The PooVault eliminates poop smells, stores dirty and squishy bags, and changes the awkward extended poop bag arm to a relaxed arm at your side.

The PooVault clips to your belt or pocket with a built-in belt clip or you can attach it to your leash or belt (or I’m going to attach it my dog walking bag) with a carabiner clip. When you pick up your dog’s poop, twist the bag then drop it into the vault, snap it shut, and continue on your way. The lid closes in the poop and its built-in O-ring holds in the accompanying odors–so you don’t have to smell or see the bag and its contents. Take your time walking to the trash can or carrying the bag back home (even if that means a ride in the car on the way).

When you scoop your dog’s poop, you’ll try to remove extra air from the bag then tie it off–then drop it in the PooVault. (The PooVault is large enough to hold a poop bag with air–but you want to leave room for future poo in case a trash can is not right around the corner.)

In other terms, the PooVault makes every walk more Happy and less Crappy. And it’s made in the USA from recyclable #2 HDPE–so you can feel extra good about scooping that poop!

Now TWO readers will win the PooVault!
