Dogs on Premises Gate Sign: Signs With an Attitude

Product Name: Dog on Premises – Do Not Open Gate Sign

What It Is: 12″ x 12″ aluminum gate sign

If your dogs have access to your fenced yard, you probably keep your gate shut and think it will remain that way. But a delivery person, a meter reader, or a door to door salesman could easily open the gate and inadvertently let your dog out. Even if you have prior arrangements about the gate with your regular delivery person or meter reader, there’s always a chance a substitute might be working the route so a sign is a good idea.

DogTipper Review:

You’ll find a lot of “beware of dog” signs but we found very few “don’t open the gate” signs. Signs with an Attitude makes a 12-inch sign that’s as eye-catching as a yield sign. The aluminum sign is well-made and intended for outdoor use. The signs ship without drill holes; they’re easy enough to do yourself or can be added when you order from the manufacturer for $1.

Along with the above sign, this manufacturer makes a wide range of other caution signs (as well as humorous and breed-specific signs). “Caution: Handicapped Dog,” “Caution: Deaf Dog,” “Watch for Pets” and more are all available.

We ordered our sign through Arcata Pet Supplies and found the price a few dollars cheaper ($14.95) than through the manufacturer ($18.95); we placed our order on a Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered on Friday for the standard shipping price!
