What It Is: waterproof, no-stink dog collars with lots of style
Company: Dublin Dog Co.
DogTipper Review: Just in time for Halloween, we tested the Arrrgyle Dublin Dog Collar, with its distinctive skull and crossbones pattern (this one is in Salsa Verde; it also comes in brown, blue and purple tones).
As soon as we picked up the collar, it was apparent this was no ordinary doggie neckwear. The collar is made with a polymer blend designed so it won’t absorb moisture, retain dirt, or harbor bacteria…giving it its “All Style, No Stink” tagline. Cleaning the collar is as simple as a rinse in warm water.
Even the inside of the collar has a reminder that this collar won’t begin to smell with use:

Pleasing to us, it was time to put the collar to the true test: our lab mix Irie. The collar was easy to put on and super smooth…nothing to snag on her hair. We snapped on her leash and we were off.
Rather than just do our traditional dog walk, we decided to head off to a nearby creek to do our field test of the collar. Irie, as always, headed straight in the water. She played. She splashed.
Putting it even more to the test, Mother Nature joined right in and a light rain started up.
When we returned home, we took off the collar, wiped off the moisture, put it back on and Irie was good to go again. No wet collars lying around the house drying out!
A definite paws up for the Dublin Dog Collar!
