What It Is: The EzyDog Walking system features:
- the Pyramid Pull System Handle (basically a cut-down water ski handle to eliminate pinching and to distribute the dog’s weight across the hand)
- EzyDog Shock Absorbing Leash
- Dog Harness
EzyDog Shock Absorbing Leashes: The leashes are made of polypropylene twine that’s been tested and shows a 1,500-pound break strength. A commercial-grade shock cord is used to soften the blow of the occasional jerk or lunge and a reflective strand runs the entire length of the leash for visibility on nighttime walks.
Leash Models: These leashes are available in three different shock absorbing levels, depending on the dog’s size and ferocity of pull. All models have separate extension options for extending the leash to different lengths or for walking two dogs on one leash without tangling. These models include:
- The Cujo features the unique pyramid handle and a tight, short stretch that gives the owner the most comfort and control over dogs that pull hard. It’s great for city dwellers with medium to large dogs.
- The Mutley is similar to the Cujo but is constructed of soft, waterproof Neoprene. The soft, round Neoprene handle is perfect for slipping over the wrist or holding in the hand. It’s ideal for joggers and bikers.
- The Mongrel is optimal for crowded areas and for use in training medium to larger dogs. The design of the Mongrel positions the dog comfortably at the owner’s side.
Dog Harness: The EzyDog Dog Harness features an EVA Chest Plate. EVA is a foam rubber that will form to the dog’s chest for a safe and comfortable fit. The chest plate is designed to evenly disperse the load, helping the owner maintain control.
Colors: EzyDog shock absorbing leashes are available in Blue, Red, Black, Chocolate, Green Camouflage, Pink Camouflage and Arctic Camouflage.
Price: The leashes retail from $17.00 to $26.00. Matching harnesses are also available from $20.00 to $29.00.
