Product: We love feeding our dogs meals and treats that are as natural as possible so we jumped at the opportunity to review the new Wild Alaskan Salmon Carnivore Kisses, part of Stella and Chewy’s Carnivore Kisses™ line. Like other flavors in the line (they also offer Angus beef, bison, chicken, duck and turkey liver), the new Wild Alaskan Salmon treats are made with raw (naturally raised) meat that’s freeze dried. That’s it. There are no hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, fillers, grain, or colorings. And no salt or sugar. Just, like the label says, Wild Alaskan Salmon that’s USDA-inspected.
Our dogs loved the treats. The break apart easily so they were good for taking on our walks to use as training treats. Being freeze dried, the treats are extremely light; they would be a great treat to pack for travel!
