DogTipper Review: Looking for an eco-friendly collar for your dog? Aroo Studio has some incredibly cute collars (and matching leashes) that are both stylish and eco-sensitive.

Always on the lookout for environmentally-friendly products for pets, we received a Flora hemp collar for review. This one-inch-wide Flora hemp collar (in Kiwi) that’s as cute as cute can be:

Made from hemp, a product grown without harmful pesticides and chemicals, the environmentally-friendly fabric is resistant to mildew, UV light, and odors. If it gets dirty, just toss the collar into the washing machine or wash by hand. In fact, Aroo Studio recommends the hemp collars for active dogs that love to swim, hike, jog, or wrestle with other dogs.

We especially loved the hemp for its soft, soft feel! (Hey, who would want a stiff collar around their neck?) And the best news: hemp starts off soft and gets even softer with use.

And, of course, we loved the cute design of this collar and others in the Aroo Studio catalog. From retro designs to modern, graphic ribbon, there’s a wide array of styles…and, regardless of the collar, they’re all hand sewn.

We especially loved the animal rescue support by Aroo Studio; a portion of all proceeds goes to support animal rescue efforts, contributing to Nor Cal Beagle Rescue,Vet S.O.S., and Berkeley East Bay Humane Society.

    Looks good, especially as my dog swims alot in summer. Ask company to bring them to the U.K. as we don’t have these yet!

    I really like the one-inch wide collar. Most collars are not wide enough. Eco- friendly i like too. Will be looking into this!
