Holiday Tip from Cesar Millan: Keep Your Dog Warm

These last few days before Christmas, we’re going through eight holiday dog tips from Cesar Millan, the “Dog Whisperer.” Today’s tip from Cesar:
Protect your dog from the cold. Many breeds are not built for cold weather. Check out your local pet store for suggestions, such as doggy boots or paw waxes, to help your dog handle the elements.
This is a tip we usually don’t have to worry about too much thanks to our location in the southern half of Texas. This year, though, has been a cold one so we’ve gotten a faux sheepskin coat for our dog Irie, perfect for our winter walks.
