In this week’s eight holiday tips from the “Dog Whisperer” Cesar Millan, we’ve covered a lot of helpful tips for things you’ll need to do at home to ensure a successful holiday for your dog. Today’s tip from Cesar Millan provides advice for research you’ll do away from the home. Cesar says:
Do your holiday boarding research in advance! You want to feel confident that your pet will be safe and comfortable while you are away. Start by getting recommendations. Find two or three facilities that meet your requirements, and investigate further.
If you’ll be headed out for a New Year’s getaway, now’s the time to check out those kennels; talk to your friends and fellow dog lovers (and your vet) for recommendations then start checking them out!
