Looking for a quick and easy (and free!) way to help pets? Participate in Tweet a Pet Tuesday!
The initative by Petfinder.com is easy:
- Go to Petfinder.com and find an adoptable pet to promote.
- Send out a Tweet with the hashtag #TweetAPetTues and a link to the pet’s listing. You can also squeeze in a little info about the pet.
Your efforts–which only take a moment–could result in the adoption of a homeless pet! Some additional incentives: every week, Petfinder.com is selecting a tweet at random to receive a Petfinder button as a small thank you. And, on November 22, 2010, one of the weekly winners will be selected as the grand prize winner to receive a BISSELL SpotBot Pet Deep Cleaner valued at $129.99!
