Using ImageChef to Create #SuperDogSunday Photos

As you know, along with with AllThingsDogBlog.com we’re co-hosting Super Dog Sunday, a special photo contest and blog hop, to benefit Petfinder Foundation. The event takes place on Super Bowl Sunday, February 5, and will give everyone the chance to submit photos of their dogs or Petfinder dogs with football props, wearing football jerseys, and other themed ideas…all to win prizes and benefit Petfinder Foundation!

Well, we know firsthand that it’s a lot easier to dress and pose some dogs than others! Thankfully, there are easy to use–and FREE–sites that help you put a special frame on your photo or add themed elements to a photo! One of our favorites is ImageChef.com.

One fun special effect is the Stadium Screen. All I did was to upload a photo of Tiki’s (a forward-facing image works best) and voila:

Another great effect is the Stadium Portrait. I used the same photo of Tiki to make this shot:

You can even add your dog’s name to the photo plus they’re super simple to share to your social media accounts.

One last example: TV News. Once again, I just uploaded Tiki’s photo; as soon as you do that, up pops a box for cropping the photo:

The next step gives you the option of adding text…and here’s the finished version!

The final images and fun and EASY to do…a great way to enter your dog in Super Dog Sunday on Feb. 5!

Those are very cool! I especially like the fan card version. Fun!  Now I have to go dig up some football props…
