Kimpton’s EPIC Hotel Celebrates Santa Paws

If you’ll be in Miami on Saturday, Dec. 11 and Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010, don’t miss a visit with Santa Paws at Kimpton’s EPIC hotel. He’s inviting pet guests and local four-legged friends to sleigh by for holiday photos and refreshments. Human companions are invited to bring their cameras to the hotel to snap pictures of their pets with Santa surrounded by festive décor while your dog enjoys treats and toys in this pet-friendly hotel’s living room-style lobby.
The Santa Paws program at Kimpton’s EPIC Hotel proudly partnered with the Humane Society of Greater Miami – Adopt-a-Pet and will be available at from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the lobby. Owners will need to bring cameras to capture a photo of their pet in Santa’s lap. Santa Paws is free and open to the public.
The event is part of Kimpton’s Santa Paws program, an opportunity for Kimpton hotels to get involved and partner with local organizations from east to west. These partnerships include: Mayor’s Alliance for NYC Animals, Washington Humane Society, Animal Welfare League of Alexandria, Baltimore SPCA, Operation Kindness, Humane Society of Vero Beach and River County, PAWS Atlanta, Aspen Animal Shelter and Aspen Valley Horse Rescue, Ginger’s Pet Rescue, Oregon Humane Society and San Francisco SPCA.
EPIC is a pet-friendly hotel (no matter the size, shape or species) – and at no extra cost to guests. All guests who check in with pet companions have the luxury of various pet-friendly services and VIP (Very Important Pet) amenities including restful accommodations in a luxury guestroom; pet bowl and pet bed; leash and plastic bags for dog walks; as well as pet sitting, grooming, walking and massages, which can all be arranged with concierge.
