Charlotte Pet Expo, May 6 – 7, 2017 #AmazingPetExpo

Dogs will rule in The Queen City during the first weekend in May, and so will cats and all of our other friends with fur, fins and feathers at the 8th annual Charlotte Pet Expo!

Activities

  • Can your canine croon like a Pavarotti with paws?  Does Rover’s fancy footwork rival those of Fred Astaire? Let your barking buddy lap up the limelight as he or she shows off a special skill during the Pet Talent Contest.
  • Dogs in attire will try to acquire a prize during the Pet Costume Contest.
  • Take a sentimental journey with your tail-wagging chum as you play a pup-themed version of the classic children’s game, Musical Chairs.
  • Potential pet parents can meet their new furry family members at the expo, which is also a mega-adoption event.  Adorable adoptables from American Pit Bull Foundation, Paws & Claws Feline Rescue, Puffie’s Rescue, Rottweiler Hearts Rescue, South Carolina Dog Rescue, South of the Bully and more are scheduled to attend.
  • Plus prize giveaways, free nail trims, discounted vaccinations, microchipping and heartworm and flea preventatives, book readings and signings, vendor booths brimming with pet-related merchandise and information regarding pet services, a look at the latest pet products, and much more!
