Typically private residence clubs (shared ownership vacation properties), don’t permit dogs but Florida’s new Magnolia Private Residence Club has implemented a dog-friendly policy for small and medium-sized dogs.

This Florida Panhandle property, located on white sand beaches, opted for the dog-friendly policy because “Highway 30-A is largely a drive-to destination, so naturally visitors prefer to take their pets on vacation.” According to Brian Moffatt of the Magnolia development team, “We’ve designated specific residences to be dog-friendly in order to provide our owners with an enjoyable and convenient vacation home experience.”

Location: 8377 East County Highway 30-A
Seacrest Beach, FL 32413
