With summer travel just around the corner, dog lovers are making plans to hit the road with their four-legged friends. Just where should you stay? We’ve just received a list from Petside.com of the Top Five Pet-Friendly Hotels — all budget chains perfect for these economic times.
Paws down, the winner was Motel 6. It earned its “four paw” rating by welcoming pets at all of its 900-plus locations. One pet is allowed per room, and no additional fee or deposit is required. Motel 6′s pet policy is also well established; the chain has been welcoming pets since 1962.
