Pupcakes Pet Boutique plans to host the second annual Pooch Pin-up photo shoot and fundraiser on Saturday, June 6, 2009. This event will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) South Carolina Chapter. This year, Pupcakes will be partnering with Cathy Farabaugh Photography and the LLS Team in Training for a day full of festivities.
The second of three scheduled 2009 events is the Pooch Pin-up Calendar Model Search on Saturday, June 6, 2009. (The final photo-shoot is scheduled for August 29, 2009.)
When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2009
Where: Pupcakes Pet Boutique at 2732 Devine Street, Suite C, Columbia, S.C.
Photo Shoot: All participants will receive a professional portrait of their pet courtesy of Pupcakes Pet Boutique and Cathy Farabaugh Photography.
Registration: Pre-register dogs for their photo shoot to guarantee a slot at the event; the fee for registration is $25.00 as a donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Walk-ins are also accepted but times can’t be guaranteed without pre-registration.
Admission: The event, with a full day of festivities, is free to the public.
How to Vote for Winners: You can cast your vote online at www.pupcakespetboutique.com or at the store. Each vote will cost $0.50, with all proceeds benefiting the LLS. Portraits of each pooch will be displayed both online and at Pupcakes Pet Boutique on Devine Street.
Winners: The four winning Pooch Pin-up portraits will be featured in the 2010 edition of Pupcakes Pooch Pin-up Calendar.
