After a day at work, what’s better than a dinner out? Esser Vineyards has created the first national “Esser Take Your Dog To Dinner Night” in conjunction with Pet Sitters International’s “Take Your Dog to Work Day” on June 26.

The family-owned California winery (whose mascot is dachshund Ludwig) has put together an list of dog-friendly restaurants nationwide that will hold Esser Wine Dinners for diners and their dogs.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds going to local shelters or animal rescue operations.

Esser Vineyards will be donating their award-winning wines to be paired with the cuisine from each participating restaurant for the enjoyment of their pet-owning patrons, while their four-legged friends partake a meal donated by Weruva Pet Foods.
