Now in its second year, “The Patriotic Pet Parade” will feature parading, costumed pets as part of a full day of fun at the
Panama City Beach Independence Day Celebration: A Star Spangled Spectacular on July 4. Along with showing your pet’s patriotic spirit, you’ll also have the chance for your pooch to win some doggie-themed prizes.
Along with the pet parade, the day will include patriotic golf cart decorating, sidewalk chalk art, children’s events, a concert by Mark Chestnut at 7:30pm and fireworks at 9pm.
When: July 4, 2009, 2-9pm
Where: Pier Park at Aaron Bessant Park, 500 West Park Dr., Panama City Beach, Florida. The pet parade will be held at the main stage.
