Los Angeles will celebrate the Third Annual Downtown Dog Day Afternoon at the Cathedral on July 28, 2009. An event for downtown LA dogs only and is open to dogs (and their humans) of all faiths. The event celebrates our four-legged furry ambassadors who help create the Downtown community.

This event is open to “Downtowners” (including people who live and work in downtown LA), with or without dogs. Human attendees will enjoy “Dodger Dogs” and there will also be a no host bar by Levy Restaurants. All dogs must be on a leash.

When: July 28, 2009, 6-9pm

Where: Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, 555. W. Temple St., Los Angeles [map]

Price: The event is free; parking is $5 per car at
555 W. Temple Street.
