Can your dog hang ten (well, make that hang twenty)? Here’s your chance to show your dog’s surfing skills (regardless of his experience). Surfin’ Paws, which will benefit the Orange County SPCA, will showcase surfing dogs, all on foam boards. You’ve even got a chance for a free lesson before the event if you sign up!
When: July 11, 2009. Surfing 9am-4pm; awards & auction 7:30pm-10pm
Where: Surfing will be held at Goldenwest and Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, California. Awards will be held at Waterfront Hilton Huntington Beach.
Price: $25.50 per surfing dog (includes two human tickets to the awards show); $10.50 for spectators at the Waterfront Hilton Huntington awards show
