Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 marked the 7th annual Barktoberfest, an event to benefit the Central Texas SPCA. The fun began with a 3K dog walk then progressed to a fun festival at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, Texas.
Here’s a slideshow with highlights from the festival, from the costumed canine contest to Speed Alley, a chance for dogs to chase a lure and have their speed timed, an activity benefiting Greyhound Pets of America.
