Dogs & Ice Night, Odessa, TX March 9, 2010

Bring your dog to the special “Dogs and Ice Night” at Odessa Jackalopes hockey game. The first 200 dogs to arrive will receive a name tag courtesy of Pet Mystique. Come early for the “Tail Gate” party which will include a “dog of celebrity eating contest” and to get your pooch’s picture taken with the Jacks’ mascot SlapJack and/or a player (with a small donation to the Lone Star SPCA). During this special night, you can also:
- Enjoy $1.00 Hot Dogs this game.
- Get treats for you loved with from the various vendors who will be present at this game.
- If pre-registered before February 28, e-mail a picture of you and your dog to blevy@jackalopes.org (in JPEG format) to be shown on the Jackalopes Video Board (the Jacks reserve the right to not show any picture if they deem it inappropriate).
Dog Contests Throughout the evening, there will also be special contests for dogs (each dog is eligible for one contest) including:
- Dog that looks most like CHL MVP Sebastien Thinel
- Dog that can do the best trick
- Smallest
- Most Jacks Spirit
- Most in need of a bath and/or hair cut
- Longest tail
When: Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Gates open at 6:00pm; game starts at 7:05 pm.

Restrictions: All dogs must be well behaved, current on their vaccines and on a leash.
