What: HAPI (Homeless Animal Partnership Initiative) Family Pet Festival

When: Jan. 16, 2010, 10am-4pm

Where: St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, 1656 Blalock, Houston, Texas

This family-friendly event features homeless animals from numerous rescues including Pets from BARC, Furry Pals Rescue, Citizens for Animal Protection, Frisky Paws, Bunny Buddies, and more. Along with many potential new furry family members, kids will enjoy a moon bounce, hot chocolate, face painting, and more.

For a Paws Cause: Along with benefiting homeless pets of the area, the hot chocolate and lemonade stand at the event will benefit SNAP, the Spay-Neuter Assistance Program with clinics in Houston and San Antonio.
