It’s time for Mardi Gras-costumed dogs to compete for the title of “Mystical Dog” in the annual Krewe of Barkus parade in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This popular part of the city’s Mardi Gras fun draws duded up doggies and dog lovers…and this parade doesn’t toss mere beads but dog biscuits!
