A full day of family-friendly fun will make up the annual Love Your Pet Expo, an event that benefits many local rescue groups. Look for demonstrations and contests, a pet parade, and much more.

When: April 10, 2010, opening at 10am

Where: Shasta Fairgrounds, Anderson, California

Price: Tickets are $4 for adults, free for kids. Parking is free.

For a Paws Cause: This event benefits the Forever Pets, Shasta Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Raining Cats and Dogs, and Shasta County Search and Rescue.
