Spring is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate the upcoming season than to enjoy a day in the park with some furry friends while raising awareness and money for The Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
Activities
- Rescue Ink, the chopper-riding champions for Fidos and felines featured on the National Geographic series Rescue Ink Unleashed, will meet and greet guests and sign autographs at the start of the fundraising event.
- Pet parents can promenade with their pooches in a one-mile fundraising Walk for the Animals.
- Dogs in duds will vie for victory in the Pet Costume Contest. The men of Rescue Ink will judge the canine couture in three categories: “Hogs-N- Dogs” (a biker/dog look-a-like competition), Most Talented Pooch and Best Overall.
- Parter with your four-pawed pal for the Dog Treat Hunt & Doggie Wash.
- An Arts & Crafts area will let pet parents and their pups tap into their inner Michelangelo when creating paw print tiles.
- Tail-waggers can try their luck in the K9 Powerball Plunge.
- Stroll with Spot among sponsor and vendor booths brimming with items for your Fido.
