Car, Truck and Bike Show & Concert in the Park, Leander, TX, May 28, 2011

Want a great way to get your Memorial Day weekend off to a great start? Well, mark your calendars for the 2011 Classic Car Show and Concert in the Park at the Humane Society of Williamson County on Crystal Falls Parkway in Leander, Texas. Saturday, May 28 is the day to check out some sweet rides and hear some great music. And, it’s all to benefit the Humane Society of Williamson County’s mission to find homes for their adoptable dogs and cats.

There will be retail vendors, a raffle, a silent auction, food and beverages and more! Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The Car, Truck, and Bike Show entertainment will include:

• Hypnotist Eric Walden (12:45 – 1:45 p.m.)
• Jane Maddox as Marilyn Monroe (2:00 – 3:30 p.m.)
• Mike Elliot as Elvis Presley (2:00 – 3:00 p.m.)
• Jordann Mitchell and The New Usual (3:00 – 4:00 p.m.)

The Concert in the Park will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will feature:

• The Derailers
• Second Hand Rose
• Emmerson Biggins
• Red Dirt Rebellion

When: Saturday, May 28, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Where: Humane Society of Williamson County shelter, 10930 E Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander, TX
