Billed as the UK’s biggest doggy party and fashion show, the proprietor of posh pup boutique Diva Dogs invites canines and their companions to a star-studded, swank soiree to raise funds for the Fidos and felines at Battersea Dogs and Cats home.
Celebrity Sightings
- Their onscreen antics have been known to make tongues wag, but a lineup of luminaries from the hit reality series The Only Way is Essex will make tails wag when they attend the glitterati gathering for a paws cause. Fans can party with the show’s paparazzi magnets Candy, Mikey, Adam and Simon Ryan as well as Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalists Pip & Puppy and the stars of the ‘dog’umentary A Different Breed, Jo Good, Anna Webb and Diva Dogs owner Louise Harris.
- Attendees can move to the groove of Scarlet Lowe, who wowed the crowd on ITV’S X Factor as Miss Frank.
Activities
- Find out who will be top dog in such canine competitions as Most Diva-ish Dog and Most Pimped Pooch.
- Mull over Rover-related merchandise at the Mini Mall.
- Spectators will marvel at the fancy footwork of dancing dogs.
- Dogs will show their dexterity in an agility display.
- Spots with a sweet tooth will love the six-foot dog-friendly chocolate fountain.
- Four-legged guests can chow down on canine cuisine in the Doggy Delights Gourmet Area.
- Guests will receive a swag bag brimming with party cake, accessories and assorted goodies.
- Creating a fashionable finale to the festive occasion, trend-setting tailwaggers and their couture-conscious human companions will don duds for a style showcase.
