Fans of Fidos and are cordially invited to celebrate the impending ‘pup’tials of barking bride-to-be Lucky Diamond (the doggie daughter of Animal Fair’s Wendy Diamond) and her mystery soul mutt at a wedding shower for the celebrity Spot.

Taking place on May 14th at The Muse Hotel in New York City, the guest list for Tea, Tails & Tiffany’s at The Muse includes the mother of the bride, founder of Animal Fair magazine/animal advocate Wendy Diamond; Dylan Lauren (daughter of designer Ralph Lauren and the proprietor of the world’s largest candy store, Dylan’s Candy Bar); TV producer/executive Loreen Arbus; renowned cellist Maya Beiser and their canine companions, as well as The Muse’s Director of Pet Relations, Ginger — a 3 lb. teacup Pomeranian who will act as host of the event, and adorable adoptables who hope that the hotel ‘paw’ty will lead to a permanent home.

A bridal shower supporting a paws cause, all gifts received will be donated to the Rovers at The Humane Society of New York, and attendees are asked to make a voluntary donation to the organization which has provided comfort and care for abandoned animals since 1904.

When: May 14, 2012 from 4p.m. – 6 p.m.

Where: Kimpton’s The Muse New York at 130 W. 46th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues

While Lucky Diamond may have her wedding dress picked out, the Guinness Book of World Records title-holding rescue Maltese has yet to decide who her well-grrrroomed groom will be when she goes walkies down the aisle on July 12th at the Jumeirah Essex House Hotel in New York City. If your pup wants a chance to be Lucky’s Prince Charming and help The Humane Society of New York in the process, visit Animal Fair for all the details.
