Pet store aisles are littered with hundreds of pet shampoos that make magical claims but often cause adverse reactions because of harmful chemicals. The Bathing Tablet Company LLC, a company based in Sunrise, Florida, and run by Julie and Richard Atherton, is setting a new precedent for pet shampoos with its innovative new product: GROOM bathing tablets.

We are passionate about safer products for both pets and their owners and aim to make pet bathing healthier and simpler.

What is GROOM?

We’ve been testing GROOM Bathing Tablets with our dogs; watch for our full review in the coming days. (Spoiler alert: I was shocked just how easy and fast it was to bathe our dogs with GROOM…it literally took only minutes!)

Like the name suggests, these are dissolving tablets that, when used with the GROOM Pet Shower Head or in a container of water, bathe your dog without dangerous chemicals.

The pH neutral product is super fast to use–with NO RINSING–because it doesn’t create suds.

When a GROOM tablet is dissolved in warm water, fine carbon dioxide gas is generated and immediately becomes neutral pH bicarbonate water. The sodium bicarbonate ions deep clean your dog’s coat and skin, making it a great option for dogs that suffer from skin allergies, yeast, hot spots, and dry skin (especially a problem for many during the winter months!)

It’s made to get to the source of that doggie smell, not cover it up with fragrance.

  • GROOM is a Deep Cleaning Alternative to Shampoo. No Suds, No Rinsing
  • GROOM Moisturizes the Skin, Nourishes the Coat, Relieves Itchy Skin, Eliminates Odor
  • GROOM contains No Sulfates, No Fragrances, No Parabens, No Dyes

Now one lucky winner will win GROOM bathing tablets AND the GROOM Pet Shower Head!

What a great invention. I'd love to try this method of bathing my Yorkie. He is shivering to death between the initial shampooing and then waiting for it to take effect on flea killing and then the rinsing cycle.
