Today we’d planned an Easter egg hunt with Irie and Tiki…but the weather had some other ideas! A heavy drizzle changed our plans but we did get in our twice-daily dog walks, albeit a little damp. As you know, we’ve been in drought conditions for the past several years here, so all rain is always welcome, even when it comes on a holiday weekend!
The primroses are blooming here, with a patch around the dogs’ “swimming pool.” We’ve got more 80 degree weather predicted for this week, so this cool, wet day was a nice, peaceful chance to enjoy some quiet fun at home.
